A short video to promote the upcoming release of the newest Spoons album, “Nightlife. The band has been working behind closed doors on new songs and are now ready to share this little teaser with you. Stay tuned for the first single and the album to follow in late spring.

The Spoons are making their way from East to West for a handful of Canadian tour dates this fall which includes stops in Picton, ON and Waterloo, ON with pioneers of electro-pop and New Wave, Men Without Hats. The band’s return to Vancouver on Saturday, November 29 will be another famed Canadian New Wave band, Strange Advance.

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Doug Caldwell this past weekend. Doug was a integral member of the Sparks Music’s family for many years. He was a kind, thoughtful person whose passion for music was undeniable. He will be greatly missed.
