Chin Injeti releases his first single today from his upcoming new album “The Reverb”. The digital release for the track “On the Run” includes three mixes plus the original album version. You can purchase on iTunes or stream it online via your favourite music streaming service like Rdio or other streaming service.

The three remixers include legendary U.S. producer/remixer Brian Morgan who has worked with the likes of Usher, Faith Evans, Mariah Carey and SWV, Vancouver dance/pop outfit DiRTY RADiO and Montreal composer/producer Reagan Grey [Girls-On-Synths].

Chin’s new album “The Reverb” will be released this fall via Sparks Music/Universal Music Canada.

To launch the brand new “On The Run” (The Remixes) EP (available on January 28, 2014), four videos have been created by Sparks Music. Each audio remix including the original album version were given to four different video editors with a hard-drive of all of the footage. The result is the creation of four unique videos with different images and audio bed tracks!

The last few years have been a whirlwind of creation for Vancouver based producer and artist Chin Injeti. With “The Reverb”, his first solo record in almost a decade, Chin is ready to unleash some amazing new songs to the world!

As a producer Chin has been bouncing back and forth between Vancouver and L.A. involving himself in a constant stream of writing and production which led to the following impressive collection of credentials! Here is a partial list of the projects he has collaborated on:

‘The Reverb’ will be released through Sparks/Universal Music Canada in May of this year.

Montreal’s famous landmarks and locations offer the backdrop for JF Robitaille‘s latest music video for his new single,”Saint Catherine”. The video concept was inspired by the 1965 National Film Board documentary “Ladies and Gentleman – Mr. Leonard Cohen”.

Voir Magazine (Montreal) posted the exclusive premiere of the video today. The song is taken from Robitaille’s most recent CD release, Rival Hearts, which has just been picked as one of the Top Ten Albums of 2013 by CBC Radio One personality Brendan Kelly. Brendan also writes for The Montreal Gazette where his Top 10 Album Picks have just been listed.

Papermaps have been nominated as one of the Top 10 finalists for “Best Album Art” for their new CD “Darker Lights” at CBC Radio 3’s annual Bucky Awards. The Bucky Awards honour the best in Canadian independent music, and are voted upon by CBC Radio 3 listeners.

Voting is open from now until Friday Nov. 29 at midnight EST. The winners will be revealed on Wednesday December 4. “The Hedonist” which is the first single from the album has been in the Top 10 at Radio 3 for 7 weeks and is currently at # 8.
