Vancouver based singer/songwriter/producer Chin Injeti will once again participate in the upcoming Juno Awards celebrations this April. Chin has just been nominated for his participation on Madchild’s “Dope Sick” album and SonReal & Rich Kidd’s “The Closers” CD.

This news comes just weeks after Chin took home a Grammy for his work on this year’s “Gospel Album of the Year” by hip hop/gospel performer Lecrae. Chin’s contribution to the album came alongside his production partner DJ Khalil on the single, “Mayday”. Chin was also nominated this year in the Best Pop Vocal Album category for his collaboration on Pink’s “The Truth About Love”.

At the moment Chin is busy working on a new solo record, “The Reverb” set for release later this year on Sparks Music/Universal Music Canada.

Chin Injeti celebrates another Grammy win this year for his involvement on the Lecrae album “Gravity” which was awarded “Best Gospel Album” last night.

Lacrae made Grammy history as the first rapper to win in the Gospel category. For his part Chin co-wrote and performed on the song “Mayday” featuring Big K.R.I.T and Ashton Jones. This is Chin’s second Grammy after taking home a trophy for his part in Eminem’s album “Recovery” in 2012. Chinc Injeti was also nominated this year for his credits on Pink’s new CD “The Truth About Love”.

Chin Injeti is currently working in his Vancouver studio on a new solo project entitled “The Reverb” due to be released on Sparks/Universal Music Canada this spring.

In 2011 Chin Injeti took home his first Grammy Award for his work on Eminem’s multi-platinum selling album ‘Recovery.’ Chin co-wrote and performed on two tracks “Almost Famous” and “Talkin’ 2 Myself”. The album went on to sell nine million copies worldwide and was awarded ‘Best Rap Album’ at the 2011 Grammy Awards.

As we entered into the early part of 2013 Chin continues to work with some of the biggest pop stars in the world. Once again he will partake in this year’s Grammy celebrations for his work on the new Pink album “The Truth About Love” which hit the top of the Billboard charts in late 2012 . Pink has been nominated for “Best Vocal Performance” at this years’ upcoming show. For his part, Chin has co-production and co-writing credits for the song “Here Comes the Weekend”.

Chin is currently in the studio working on his new solo album entitled “The Reverb”, which will be released late this spring on Sparks/Universal Music.
